    Thanks..

Thanks for the recommendation above (under "Has Anybody read...").  I appreciate your take on it and I think I'll pick it up.  Looking forward to posting and reading what others thought of it...

I just read Good Grief (it was on sale at Borders for 4.99) and It was such a quick read... if you don't mind something a little sad, I would recommend it.  She loses her husband and it goes through stages of grief.  It was a nice break from some of the fluffier books (like Everyone worth knowing - also good but definitely a light read).  I am currently reading Water for Elephants and it is good so far... it was on a lot of Must Read lists so I finally picked it up...
I haven't read Night yet but I hope it was good :)

    Re: Thanks..

Ok...so I finished Night a couple of months back and just haven't gotten here to post.  Night was an unbelievable account of Elie Wiesel's life as a teen age Jewish boy in Nazi Germany.  The writing is very well done and I was riveted by the story.  It was hard to believe that anyone witnessed and was apart of such horrific events yet he was one of so many people who did.  It was very interesting to read him write about how different people close to him dealt (or didn't deal) with the situation.

If anyone is interested in discussing this book, please let me know.  I would love to hear other's thoughts on this.  I will be writing a review of Night as soon as I can find some time.  I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a quick but very well written account of the the difficulties (I know this is an understatement) a person is able to get through in his life.
